Please fax the deposit slip to 740-7602 or email a scanned copy to admin@pamavtech.com. Please indicate your complete name on the deposit slip.

Course fee is inclusive of snacks, lunch, Certificate of Completion.
A processing fee of USD 65.00 will be charged for testing fee for international certificate (optional).
